Automatic Press Printing

Automatic press printing is run in the 2 to 12 color fully automated screen printing presses. Each color is applied separately from its own screen. The color is applied individually as the carousel of shirts travel around the press. A complete design on one side of the shirt is achieved if the shirt finishes 1 revolution around the press.

The 6 color, 8 station automatic press is probably the least expensive upper end-presses. This press is designed for small automatic press printing shop with the need to increase its production speed and improve the printing consistency from shirt to shirt but only on a small budget. Its simplicity is the main feature if this automatic printing presses. This equipment was designed to be simple to operate and not devastating to a first-time automatic operator.

The screen holder is fixed in the front and adjustable at the rear accommodating screens ranging from a manual 18” x 21” up to a 25” x 36” automatic screen. Front screen holder is equipped with a micro-registration system. Squeegee unit can be adjusted in the front or rear to print up to an 18” stroke.

Automatic screen printing can also be run on the most sophisticated automatics, combining the benefits of the manually simulated and specialty screen printing techniques. Its unique auto-balance system regulates squeegee pressure and gives you a total control of squeegee and flood angles. Each head provides you an option of single or double print but it is only limited to a single stroke mode though the double stroke mode is available.
